Qualifications

• 1+ years recruitment experience.
• Proficient in IT systems, MS Office and Salesforce.
• Strong written and oral communication in English.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivated to undertake new and challenging duties.
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding targets/KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Match candidates to client requirements under Team Lead.
• Build relations with candidates and update on onboarding steps.
• Source and plan community engagements and in-person recruitment opportunities.
• Liaise with Team Lead and stakeholders during the recruitment process.
• Ensure all candidates are compliant with company standards and requirements before placement.
• Conduct in-person and virtual interviews with potential candidates.
• Upload candidate details and documents to the CRM system.
• Perform reference checks by phone and in writing.
• Ensure candidate bank details are securely obtained and inform Payroll.
• Distribute candidate ID badges and uniforms.
• Work with Training Department to improve staff training bookings.
• Assist in system testing and reporting as needed.
• Provide regular updates on candidate pipeline status.
• Assist with training new starters as Buddy during onboarding.
• Perform other duties as directed by Team Lead.
