Job summary

FT Workforce is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join its Carlow team, focusing on temporary construction labour hire across Ireland. You’ll source, register and place candidates while developing strong client relationships.

Day-to-day work includes making sales calls to win new business, interviewing applicants, coordinating workers with client needs, and working toward daily, weekly and monthly targets. Training is provided and construction experience is advantageous.

FT Workforce is looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruiter to join our Carlow team, working alongside four experienced recruiters.

This is a fast-paced recruitment role focused primarily on temporary construction labour hire. We supply excavator operators, labourers, tradespeople and other construction workers to clients across throughout Ireland.

This is a hands-on recruitment and business development position. You will be responsible for both winning new clients and attracting candidates to meet the needs of our growing client base.

Your day will involve making sales calls to prospective clients, sourcing and registering candidates, managing placements and building strong long-term relationships.

Construction industry knowledge is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.
