OASIS DOCUMENT AND DATA MANAGEMENT LIMITED in Ballycoolin, Dublin, is seeking a Record Centre Operative to manage daily record centre activities and movement of boxes, files and tapes using our software.

Working at our Ballycoolin site, you will unload/load trucks, perform safety checks, maintain racks, and handle paperwork while ensuring timely client orders and data protection compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail essential.
• Flexibility to work between teams.
• Routine lifting and physical activity involved.
• Routine scanning of materials.
• Overhead reaching and bending.
• Pushing/pulling boxes and pallet jacks.
• Ability to operate forklift/pick lift.

Responsibilities

• Fill daily client work orders upon receipt from Client Service.
• Deliver Rush work orders in a timely manner.
• Refill files, containers and tapes daily on schedule.
• Run daily maintenance and safety checks of record equipment.
• Maintain racking and keep floors debris-free.
• Unload/load trucks/vans as required.
• Operate forklift and/or pick lift.
• Complete daily paperwork before leaving.
