Job summary

OASIS Group in Ireland is recruiting for the Driver/RCO role based at Ballycoolin Record Centre. The position carries responsibilities to meet SOPs and ensure client satisfaction.

You will perform daily deliveries, operate forklifts or pick lifts, complete paperwork, and maintain safety before leaving. Applicants should have a full clean driving licence and be over 25 for insurance purposes, with adherence to GDPR and data protection policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Multi Drop operation service delivery, preferably in records management.
• Full Clean Driving Licence.
• Over 25yrs old for Insurance Purposes.
• Strong attention to detail essential.
• Flexibility to work between teams.
• Routine lifting.
• Routine scanning of materials.
• Overhead reaching.
• Bending and stretching.
• Routine pushing and pulling boxes and pallet jacks.
• Ability to operate forklift and/or pick lift (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Fill daily client work orders upon receipt from Client Service.
• Complete delivery runs and drive/park vehicles safely and legally.
• Ensure rush work orders are delivered promptly.
• Refiles files, containers and tapes daily within timescales.
• Maintain racking and upkeep of containers/labels.
• Help unload/load trucks/vans.
• Complete daily paperwork before leaving for the day.
• Verify and load all orders per SOPs.
• Perform auditing as scheduled or requested.
• Complete safety inspections of assigned vehicle and report defects.
