Job summary

OASIS Group is seeking a Driver/Record Centre Operative for Ballycoolin, Rep. of Ireland. You will drive deliveries and collections and manage daily record centre activity, using software to control movement at box, file, tape and related levels.

The role requires forklift/pick lift operation, daily paperwork, and strict adherence to SOPs and data protection laws. Join a growing team in a secure, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working in a Multi Drop operation service delivery role preferably within the records management industry.
• Full Clean Driving Licence.
• Strong attention to detail essential.
• Flexibility to work between teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive deliveries and collections and manage daily activity in the record centre.
• Complete daily client work orders and ensure timely delivery runs as assigned by supervisor.
• Refile files, containers and tapes daily within allocated timescales.
• Operate forklifts and/or pick lifts and perform safety checks on vehicles and equipment.
• Complete daily paperwork and verify orders per SOPs.
• Adhere to data protection laws to protect client information.
