Job summary

Kroll in Dublin, Ireland seeks a Surveyor in our Real Estate team to support Directors with analytical work and project management on development, investment and asset management projects in Ireland and internationally.

The role involves preparing Valuation Reports for loan security, internal, corporate and tax purposes, performing market analysis, data gathering through client interactions, and contributing to client deliverables with attention to detail and strong communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Real Estate or related field; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience or education in real estate industry; ability to manage multiple tasks in a team.
Strong verbal and written communication; ability to present results clearly.
Proficiency with Argus and Excel; familiarity with KEL appraisal software is a plus.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work under tight deadlines.
Demonstrated leadership and integrity; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Prepare Valuation Reports for Loan Security, Internal, Corporate and Tax purposes.
Conduct valuations for development, investment and advisory across property asset classes.
Perform in-depth industry, market and competitor research.
Gather data through client interaction including interviews with Brokers and Property Managers.
Present results in a clear, concise manner and support asset management projects.
Ensure quality of client deliverables with attention to detail.
