Job summary

KPMG Ireland in Dublin is seeking a Senior Associate/Manager, Valuations Specialist to join the Valuations team within Corporate Finance. You will support the delivery of valuation engagements across a broad range of purposes and work with senior team members to manage engagements.

The role requires professional qualifications or working towards ACA/ACCA/CFA, 3–5 years of valuation experience, strong financial modelling and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification or working towards ACA/ACCA/CFA or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of valuation, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial information.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of valuation engagements across a broad range of purposes, including transaction support, financial reporting, tax, restructuring and strategic decision‑making.
• Preparing and reviewing detailed financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable companies, precedent transactions analyses and option pricing models.
• Undertaking financial analysis, market research and sector‑specific assessments to support valuation conclusions.
• Drafting high‑quality valuation reports and client deliverables in line with professional standards.
• Working closely with senior team members to manage engagements, meet deadlines and deliver high‑quality outcomes for clients.
• Collaborating with colleagues across Corporate Finance, Deal Advisory, Audit and Tax to deliver integrated solutions.
• Building strong internal and external relationships, contributing to business development initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.
