Job summary

KSA-JLL Ireland Ltd in Dublin is seeking a Senior Surveyor in Valuation Advisory to provide expert valuation services across office, retail, industrial and PRS sectors. You will work with banks and investors, deliver Red Book compliant reports, and engage directly with clients on-site to support fast, accurate decisions.

The role requires MRICS with 1–3 years post-qualification experience and strong Excel/Argus skills.

Qualifications

MRICS qualified with 1-3 years post-qualification experience in commercial property valuation.
Strong understanding of Red Book valuation standards and compliance requirements.
Financial modelling skills and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel are essential.

Responsibilities

Valuation & Advisory Services: provide one-off and portfolio valuations and specialist advice on properties across geographies; prepare Red Book reports for secured lending and investments.
Property Assessment & Inspection: conduct site inspections and produce detailed inspection reports with on-site presence.
Client Relationship Management: maintain high standards of client service and deliverables, acting as trusted advisor to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborate with agency, property management and investment teams on-site for effective communication.
Technical Analysis & Reporting: perform valuation work using Excel and Argus Enterprise under supervision to ensure accuracy.
