Job summary

Kroll, the global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions, is seeking a Valuation Analyst in Ireland to join our Valuation Services team. You will construct and review valuation models (DCF, multiples, option pricing) and support client engagements with rigorous analysis and clear communication.

You have 3–6 years of relevant experience, a degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or MBA, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills to craft reports and present insights to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of constructing and reviewing valuation models and other financial models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
• Experience working with diverse teams
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or MBA

Responsibilities

• Researching target industries, market and competitor information
• Interviewing clients and gathering data for engagements
• Building and maintaining client relationships with management
• Identifying and communicating potential engagements to management and writing engagement letters
• Assisting in building budgets and preparing budgets
• Reporting and presenting analyses and conclusions including written reports
