Job summary

Aramark Ireland is recruiting an Event Sales Manager to support the Head of Sales at GUINNESS STOREHOUSE. Based on-site, you will lead the reactive sales team, coordinate key events, and ensure high standards of sales and event coordination across departments.

You will report on financial results, develop client databases, and drive business development and customer retention with key partners such as Diageo and VIP clients.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years experience of Event management in Tourism / Hospitality.
• Degree level qualification in Business or Hospitality is advantageous.
• Proven ability to develop new business and maximise revenue.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate key events and liaise with all GUINNESS STOREHOUSE departments.
• Ensure sales team adheres to standards and company policies.
• Manage diary and yield to maximise revenue and profitability of spaces.
• Forecast, monitor conversion levels and report financial results.
• Develop and maintain client database with 100% accuracy.
• Support Head of Sales in proactive business development activities.
