Job summary

The Incident Response Team at Meta Ireland is seeking a dedicated Analyst on a short-term basis to review time-critical emergency escalations from law enforcement and internal sources. You will assess threat, risk and user privacy to decide what information can be released in minutes.

You will convey clear responses to agencies and internal teams, work with cross-functional partners, and may rotate weekend shifts. Potential exposure to sensitive content is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in investigative or analytical roles involving time-critical escalations and real-world harm.
• Ability to analyze information to assess threat and risk.
• Comfort with potentially graphic content and high-stakes decisions.

Responsibilities

• Review inbound emergency escalations and assess threat, risk and privacy implications.
• Make immediate decisions to protect user safety and coordinate with partners including law enforcement.
• Convey clear responses to agencies and internal teams regarding incident response policies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve policies and processes across teams.
• Weekend work on a rotational basis is required.
