Job summary

Mace is seeking an Interface Manager for the MetroLink programme in Dublin. You will lead interface management across multidisciplinary teams, coordinating between client, contractors, designers and authorities to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

You will develop the Interface Management Strategy, maintain the Interface Register, run workshops, manage risks and report progress to senior leadership. The role requires strong leadership and governance experience on infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, PM or related discipline.
• Professional membership or working towards certification.
• 8–10 years' experience delivering large-scale infrastructure programmes.
• Experience on major rail, metro, transportation or civil projects.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder and contractor interfaces.
• Experience operating in multi-disciplinary project environments.
• Proven track record managing interface registers, risks and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Interface Management Strategy and Plan.
• Coordinate interface identification and control across all project workstreams.
• Maintain the Interface Register and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate interface agreements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate interface workshops and coordination meetings.
• Support project planning, sequencing and design alignment.
• Ensure interface requirements are included in procurement and construction.
• Report interface performance and escalate issues.
• Produce regular interface reports and dashboards to senior leadership.
