Job summary

AECOM in Ireland is seeking an ambitious Interface Manager to join our Transportation team in Dublin. You will lead multidisciplinary design and delivery across roads, rail and public transport, coordinating interfaces between contracts, systems and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration on major projects.

You will mentor engineers, drive best practices, and oversee security strategies and compliance with project objectives, standards and goals.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years in engineering or infrastructure roles.
• At least 5 years in interface, construction, or project management for major projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating complex interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Define and manage the interface strategy across work packages and contracts.
• Coordinate clients, contractors and authorities to ensure clear interface communication.
• Provide technical support for construction supervision, testing and acceptance of works.
