Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Utilities Interface Manager to lead interface coordination for enabling works on a major rail project in Ireland. You will develop the interface strategy, manage contracts and external stakeholders, and ensure safe, on-time delivery across pre-construction and delivery phases.

Ideal candidates will have 15+ years in high-value rail projects, degree in engineering, and memberships such as SCSI/RICS/CIOB.

• Extensive experience in complex project interfaces and management.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and contracts.
• Strong stakeholder liaison and negotiation capabilities.

• Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead interface management for enabling works on major rail projects.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement interface strategies and agreements.
• Oversee security, construction integration, and delivery phases.
• Ensure interfaces are clearly defined with responsibilities and ownership.
• Plan and control delivery against HSSEQ, scope, time and cost.
