Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead interfaces between project teams and Utility contractors in a major infrastructure programme in Ireland. You will collaborate with designers, contractors and programme staff to ensure timely procurement, delivery and commissioning, while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a project management role within a complex multidisciplinary environment.
• Experience with infrastructure and utility works is a benefit.
• Experience with quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage interfaces between project activities and Utilities contractors for procurement, delivery and commissioning.
• Support the delivery of Utility Contracts from tender to completion in collaboration with designers and programme team.
• Coordinate design and construction interfaces with third parties and main contracts to enable smooth handover and commissioning.
• Maintain compliant communication interfaces and provide programme and technical information to the team as required.
• Engage with third-party utility stakeholders, coordinate permits and approvals, and maintain effective relationships with Contractors.
