Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, ideally in Rail.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution and monitoring of project activities.
• Coordinate schedules, resources and information for projects.
• Liaise with clients to define requirements, scope and objectives.
• Maintain risk and issue logs and support mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with contractors, designers and stakeholders to keep projects moving.
• Support procurement, contracts, and compliance activities.
• Prepare project updates and status reports for management.
