Job summary

Egis in Cork is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead residential and mixed-use development projects across Ireland. You will work with private developers, local authorities and multidisciplinary teams to deliver planning through construction support.

The role requires a Chartered Civil Engineer with strong project management, commercial awareness and a track record in development infrastructure within the Irish market.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Chartered Engineer status with Engineers Ireland, ICE or equivalent.
• 10+ years of relevant civil engineering design & delivery experience.
• Experience in Irish residential development sector and working with private developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and delivery of residential and mixed-use development projects.
• Manage projects from feasibility through construction support.
• Act as Project Manager and Design Lead on multidisciplinary schemes.
• Coordinate with private developers, planning authorities and design teams.
• Ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery to high quality standards.
