Job summary

Egis ERTO Ireland is seeking a Project Engineer / Change Management Lead to drive complex infrastructure and technology projects across the MOCC, Dublin Tunnel, and Jack Lynch Tunnel. You will manage Task Orders, oversee change initiatives, and ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and contract requirements.

The role requires a Civil/Mechanical/Electrical engineering degree, familiarity with NEC4, PMBOK, and ISO standards, and proficiency with Maximo and M-Files for documentation and asset

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical engineering or related discipline.
• Familiarity with NEC contracts, PMBOK, and ISO standards.
• Proficiency with Maximo and M-Files for documentation and asset management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned Task Orders including capital works, renewals, and upgrades.
• Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets and stakeholder interfaces.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
• Lead the Change Control Process (CCP) and coordinate with Tunnel Safety Officer and operational leadership.
