Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, PM or related discipline.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts.
• Strong project controls, risk management, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic projects.
• Professional certification (PMP/APM/ICE/CIOB) advantageous.
• Rail systems/infrastructure delivery experience desirable.
• HSE/construction safety training advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of infrastructure and construction projects through delivery, completion and close-out.
• Manage scope, programme, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder interfaces.
• Act as primary coordination between client, contractor, and project teams.
• Oversee governance, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Manage contract administration activities and support commercial decisions.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards and regulatory obligations.
• Support health, safety, environmental, and quality management processes.
• Manage risks, issues and change control processes.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, handover and close-out activities.
• Capture and communicate lessons learned for continuous improvement.
