Job summary

NHS Highland Radiology Booking Service is seeking a Booking Officer to join our busy team. The role involves providing a high-quality, efficient booking service to patients across Radiology specialities, managing referrals, arranging and rearranging appointments, and maintaining accurate patient information.

You will also perform Radiology reception duties, handling face-to-face and telephone enquiries, assisting patients with appointments, and supporting the smooth running of the reception

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or healthcare environments is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, efficient booking service to Radiology patients and manage referrals.
• Arrange and rearrange appointments and maintain accurate patient information.
