Job summary

Stryker in Ireland invites applicants for its R&D Graduate Programme beginning September 2027. The 24‑month development programme rotates every six months through Design, Advanced Operations/Technology Development, Advanced Quality Engineering, and Engineering Services (CAD/Prototype/Test Lab).

Candidates should hold a 2:1 in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Biomedical Engineering or related field by June 2025 to Sept 2027, and demonstrate self-motivation, analytical thinking, and strong

Qualifications

• 2.1 degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Biomedical Engineering or related discipline
• Expected to attain between June 2025 and Sept 2027
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent communication across cross-functional and global teams

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across Design, Advanced Operations/Research and Technology Development, Advanced Quality Engineering, and Engineering Services (CAD/Prototype/Test Lab)
• Work with a creative design team to develop innovative product concepts
• Support development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and technologies
• Handover of new processes from development to production, aligning with quality systems
