Job summary

Stryker Ireland is recruiting for the R&D Graduate Programme, to begin in September 2027. This 24-month structured programme rotates every six months across Design, Advanced Operations/Research and Technology Development, Advanced Quality Engineering, and Engineering Services.

Candidates must hold a 2.1 in Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Biomedical Engineering or related discipline, with graduation between June 2025 and Sept 2027. Hybrid working and a clear progression path are offered.

Qualifications

• 2.1 or better in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Biomedical Eng
• Graduation between June 2025 and Sept 2027
• Self-starter with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Strong communication for global teamwork

Responsibilities

• Participate in various project teams.
• Work with a design team to develop new product concepts.
• Investigate, design, develop and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Handover of new processes from development to production with quality systems.
• Provide process validation support with internal teams and vendors.
• Develop and qualify new test equipment and methods.
• Research, specify and qualify new test or prototyping equipment.
