Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment partners with a leading Dublin-based main contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor. You will manage commercial aspects of projects, from procurement to final accounts, contributing to major residential and commercial developments in Dublin.

The role requires a Degree in QS/Construction Economics, 3+ years' experience, and strong contract knowledge. Hybrid/flexible working is available, with a clear path for career progression.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Economics.
• 3+ years' relevant construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing project costs and budgets.
• Subcontractor procurement and package management.
• Preparing valuations and payment applications.
• Managing variations and change orders.
• Cost reporting and forecasting.
• Preparing and reviewing subcontractor accounts.
• Monitoring commercial risks and opportunities.
• Assisting with final accounts.
• Working closely with the project and site teams.
• Supporting the wider commercial department.
