Job summary

STRIVE Search is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a leading PLC delivering residential projects. Based in Dublin with a hybrid work model, this role supports a new 3-year project expected to start in Q4, offering exposure to high-value contracts and robust procurement practices.

The candidate will manage sub-contractors and payments, price variations, and valuations, requiring a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying and at least eight years’ building project experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in quantity surveying, with experience in building projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Managing sub-contractors and suppliers, including payments and variations.
• Assessing and pricing project variations and changes.
• Preparing interim and final valuations for works completed.
