Job summary

Sofina Foods Europe is seeking a Quality Systems Coordinator to support the ongoing maintenance and development of our Quality Management Systems. This role ensures compliance with internal standards, customer requirements and food safety expectations, while supporting the wider Quality Assurance function.

You will work with internal teams, suppliers and auditors to drive continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality systems, auditing, HACCP and food safety standards.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• A food science qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support operation of quality systems and maintain site compliance.
• Coordinate sampling, testing schedules and review results.
• Lead weekly microbiological review meetings and action trackers.
• Create and manage purchase orders through SAP.
• Administer Safefood 360 and monitor records.
• Provide QA support during absences.
• Manage supplier approvals, specs, certificates and compliance docs.
• Produce weekly dashboards and monthly quality reports.
• Monitor calibrations, cleaning validations, hygiene, pest actions.
