Qualifications

• Detail-focused with ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Cut and trim meat to product specifications.
• Adjust machinery settings to meet production requirements.
• Inspect products for quality, including size, weight, colour and packaging standards.
• Identify and resolve issues or elevate concerns promptly.
• Prepare products for dispatch through packing, labelling and wrapping activities.
• Support goods-in and goods-out processes.
• Manage stock movements and product scanning activities.
• Operate mince and mix equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and housekeeping.
