Job summary

INFORM3 Recruitment is seeking a Quality & Food Safety Systems Coordinator in West Dublin, Ireland. You will maintain and continuously improve the company’s Quality and Food Safety Management Systems, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, certification, and internal requirements while supporting operational excellence and business objectives.

The role requires a degree in Food Science/Technology, 3+ years’ experience in a similar role (supervisory experience preferred), and strong HACCP

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Food Science/Technology discipline is required.
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar quality/food safety role, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of HACCP and quality management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management and Food Safety Management Systems.
• Administer and control quality management system documentation.
• Coordinate HACCP plans and allergen management controls.
• Monitor supplier approvals and perform internal audits.
• Prepare weekly quality performance reports and KPI trend analysis.
