Sofina Foods Europe is hiring an Engineering Manager/Head of Engineering for a busy pork manufacturing site. You will lead engineering and maintenance, drive reliability, and champion continuous improvement across safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires managing a team of engineers and technicians, developing standards, and coordinating with production and QA to minimise downtime and optimise asset performance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading engineering and maintenance in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of asset reliability and KPIs.
• Proven ability to deliver continuous improvement projects.

• Lead and develop the engineering and maintenance team.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance for reliability.
• Manage site shutdowns, projects and improvement initiatives.
• Develop engineering standards and procedures for operational excellence.
• Collaborate with production and technical teams to reduce downtime.
• Monitor KPIs and report on engineering performance.
• Oversee external contractors and ensure safety standards.
