Job summary

Aurivo Co-op, based in Roscommon, invites applications for a fixed-term role in the on-site Feed and Forage Lab supporting the Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure compliance with approval bodies and high feed quality standards.

Responsibilities include collecting, labeling, and storing samples; analyzing raw materials and finished products; conducting forage analysis; recording and reporting results; extracting data; and performing other duties as required.

Qualifications

• A recognised or progressing towards an Agricultural Sciences qualification or related discipline.
• Ability to confidently compile reports
• Good PC skills, spreadsheet and database maintenance skills
• Strong organisational, time management and planning skills
• Good communication skills and ability to communicate cross functionally and with all levels of the business
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Good attention to detail
