Job summary

Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd is looking for a self-sufficient QA professional to own end-to-end testing for policy administration, claims and pensions systems within an Irish financial institution. This role offers a 6-month contract with a long-term transformation roadmap and the option to work remotely with occasional Dublin hub visits.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, BAs and Developers to drive quality, validate launches and de-risk delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Test Analyst in enterprise Insurance/Finance.
• Hands-on QA across Life, Pensions, Policy Administration and Claims.
• Experience with Life400/AS400/IBM Mainframe systems.

Responsibilities

• Define functional test scenarios and regression packs for core workflows.
• Set up test environments and validate data flows across platforms.
• Identify and track defects, working with BAs and Developers.

What You'll Own

• Craft, define, and execute functional test scenarios and comprehensive regression packs covering Life, Pensions, Policy Administration, and Claims workflows.
• Establish robust test environments and validate complex data flows across Life400, AS400, and IBM Mainframe platforms.
• Identify, track, and resolve high-severity defects early in the cycle, de-risking delivery alongside BAs and Developers.
• Provide actionable risk assessments and executive-facing quality updates to achieve operational excellence prior to production releases.
