Job summary

Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a QA Test Analyst for a Dublin-based role within a leading Irish financial institution. You will own end-to-end QA across Life, Pensions, Policy Administration, and Claims, collaborating with senior stakeholders, BAs, and Developers to drive quality on a 6-month contract backed by a broader transformation roadmap.

The position offers remote-friendly work with occasional Dublin hub visits for key collaboration, plus undefined opportunities as the project

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Test Analyst in Insurance / Life & Pensions.
• Hands-on Life400, AS400 or IBM Mainframe experience.
• Strong knowledge of policy administration, pensions, or claims processing.

Responsibilities

• Craft, define, and execute functional test scenarios and regression packs.
• Establish robust test environments and validate data flows across Life400, AS400, and IBM Mainframe platforms.
• Identify, track, and resolve high-severity defects early in the cycle, de-risking delivery with BAs and Developers.
• Provide actionable risk assessments and executive-facing quality updates before production releases.
