Irish Life & Pensions is seeking a Test Analyst to drive enterprise-scale testing across policy administration, claims, and pensions systems. You will shape testing strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and own defect resolution to ensure smooth delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in insurance testing, strong SQL capability, and deep domain knowledge. A flexible, almost remote setup with occasional Dublin office collaboration is offered.

• 3+ years' experience as a Test Analyst within the insurance sector.
• Strong SQL skills and data-driven testing approach.
• Deep domain knowledge across Life Insurance, Pensions, Policy Administration, or Claims.
