Job summary

Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior QA professional in Ireland to own end-to-end testing across policy administration, claims and pensions systems. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to drive quality during a multi-year transformation, with a remote-friendly setup and mandatory on-site Dublin collaboration where needed.

You’ll bring 3+ years as a Test Analyst, hands-on Life400/AS400/IBM Mainframe experience, and deep domain knowledge in policy administration, pensions or claims

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Test Analyst driving end-to-end QA in enterprise Insurance / Life & Pensions.
• Hands-on experience navigating Life400, AS400, or IBM Mainframe systems.

Responsibilities

• Craft, define, and execute functional test scenarios and comprehensive regression packs for Life, Pensions, Policy Administration and Claims workflows.
• Establish robust test environments and validate data flows across Life400, AS400 and IBM Mainframe platforms.
• Identify, track and resolve high-severity defects early to de-risk delivery with BAs and Developers.
• Provide risk assessments and quality updates to enable production releases with minimal issues.
