Job summary

Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Test Analyst for Life & Pensions on a contract basis in Ireland. You will own end-to-end QA across core platforms and contribute to a multi-year transformation programme within a leading Irish financial institution.

The role offers up to 80% work-from-home with in-office collaboration in Dublin, focusing on Life400, AS400 and IBM Mainframe environments and a 6-month core contract with potential 2–3 year runway.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Test Analyst within enterprise Insurance, Life & Pensions environments.
• Hands-on experience with Life400, AS400, or IBM Mainframe architectures.
• Knowledge across policy administration, claims, or pensions platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define, craft, and execute functional test scenarios and regression suites across core policy administration, claims, and pensions platforms.
• Establish robust test environments and validate core data flows across Life400, AS400, and IBM Mainframe systems.
• Identify, trace, and manage defects to resolution, partnering with BAs and Developers to de-risk release cycles.
• Provide actionable risk assessments and clear, executive-facing quality updates to drive successful project outcomes.
