Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd in Ireland is seeking a self-sufficient Test Analyst to own end-to-end quality assurance for a multi-year transformation in Life & Pensions. You will work across Life400, AS400, and IBM Mainframe systems, defining test scenarios and robust data validations while collaborating with BAs and Developers to ensure smooth releases.

• 3+ years’ experience as a Test Analyst within enterprise Insurance, Life & Pensions environments.
• Hands-on experience navigating Life400, AS400, or IBM Mainframe architectures.
• Knowledge across policy administration, claims, or pensions platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Define, craft, and execute functional test scenarios and comprehensive regression suites across core policy administration, claims, and pensions platforms.
• Establish robust test environments and validate core data flows across Life400, AS400, and IBM Mainframe systems.
• Identify, trace, and manage complex defects to resolution, partnering with BAs and Developers to de-risk release cycles.
• Provide actionable risk assessments and clear, executive-facing quality updates to drive successful project outcomes.
