Job summary

Orchard Fostering is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support the Group Quality Director in managing the Quality Management System. The role focuses on improving safety and outcomes for children and carers through robust data, audits and KPIs.

You will help produce monthly reports, coordinate training and lead the rollout of an electronic QA system, contributing to regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement. Dublin, full-time, with permanent and temporary roles available.

Qualifications

• Ideally, have a third level qualification in health, social care or quality management.
• Experience implementing a quality system in a care & support environment.
• Good knowledge of risk management and incident management & review.
• Knowledge of regulation, standards and inspections.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining the quality systems within fostering services.
• Support the annual audit schedule and provide detailed reports with corrective actions.
• Collect, analyse and report quality data, KPIs and trends for monthly committee.
• Produce the monthly quality report and prepare for Quality Committee meetings.
• Lead on revisions of policies and document control, and promote continuous quality improvements.
