SoftCo, an AI-native Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Accounts Payable (AP) automation company, seeks a QA Team Lead to shape quality engineering for our SaaS platform and emerging AI features. You will lead a distributed team from day one, defining a QE strategy and embedding quality across the software lifecycle.

You will drive testing excellence, establish quality gates, and measure release readiness while collaborating with Product and Engineering to manage risk and ensure accuracy across complex

Qualificações

• Experience leading, managing and developing a QA team within a SaaS environment.
• Ability to define and implement quality strategies that improve product quality and delivery outcomes.
• Hands-on test automation experience using Playwright, Rest-Assured, JUnit5, Allure Reporting and Maven.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a distributed QA Automation team.
• Define and evolve the QE strategy across products, integrations, and AI capabilities.
• Define and track quality metrics to measure testing effectiveness and release confidence.
• Promote best practices in testing and automation across Engineering and Product.
• Balance automated, exploratory, and manual testing to maximise quality outcomes.
• Adopt AI-assisted testing where it adds measurable value and ensure proper validation.
