Job summary

Gen is hiring a senior mobile QA leader to drive an AI-first quality strategy across Android and iOS. You will build and mentor a world-class QA team, owning test planning, automation, and release readiness for millions of users.

You will partner with product, design and DevOps to shape testing roadmaps, adopt Copilot-style AI tools, and elevate product quality through scalable frameworks. A hands-on stance with coding in Java/Kotlin/Swift/Python is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of mobile QA teams.
• Hands-on manager who writes test code.
• Strong experience with Android and iOS.
• Experience with Java, Kotlin, Swift or Python.
