Job summary

RWS Ireland is seeking a Head of Quality Engineering to lead a strategic initiative that shifts testing left and empowers developers with automated quality. You will build and guide a high-velocity QE community, designing standards and roadmaps for end-to-end automation across SaaS and on-premise products.

Reporting to Technology Enablement, you will partner with Platform, Security and Product teams to embed quality into design, tooling and pipelines, driving measurable improvements in velocity

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, CI/CD automation, or automated quality engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive Quality strategy that shifts testing left.
• Establish modern automation testing frameworks and tooling for SaaS and on-premise products.
• Lead a QE team and mentor engineers to adopt automated, developer-driven testing practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Security and Platform teams to embed quality into design and pipelines.
