Job summary

CMS Distribution in Ireland is seeking a Purchasing Support & Inventory Administrator to support the Purchasing Support & Inventory Team by handling administrative tasks within the purchasing process to maintain inventory levels.

You will process purchase orders in SAP ERP, communicate with vendors, coordinate pricing and stock availability, ensure incoterms alignment, maintain master data, and respond to queries in a timely manner while coordinating stock transfers between CMS plants.

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP ERP for purchase orders and vendor coordination.
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy in master data maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders to vendors using SAP ERP and ensure sign-off compliance.
• Communicate with vendors to ensure swift fulfilment of POs.
• Liaise with stakeholders on pricing and stock availability.
• Ensure incoterms compliance with company and vendor requirements.
• Maintain accurate master data and pricing.
• Respond to queries in Teamwork Desk within agreed timelines.
• Process stock transfers between CMS plants and coordinate with warehouses.
