Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment client in the Irish sustainable energy sector is seeking a Procurement and Contract Executive for an 18-month contract in Dublin. The role focuses on supporting contract management, maintaining registers, and analysing contracts and expenditures to identify risks and opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ relevant experience, a Level 8 degree in business (or equivalent), and strong knowledge of public procurement standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ directly relevant experience
• Level 8 degree in business or another relevant discipline
• Strong knowledge of public procurement and associated standards/regulations

Responsibilities

• Support contract management processes, procedures and audit trails
• Maintain registers up-to-date and well maintained
• Analyse contracts, suppliers and expenditure information to identify trends, risks and opportunities
• Produce compliance reports and highlight issues requiring management attention
• Review tender information and file procurement information
