Job summary

The Health Service Executive in Ireland is seeking a highly motivated Procurement and Contracts Manager to lead the organisation’s procurement and contract management function. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will oversee planning, tendering, supplier relationships and contract performance.

You should have a Level 8 degree or equivalent, a recognised procurement qualification, and public procurement experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing procurement processes from planning through to contract award.
• Knowledge of public procurement regulations and competitive tendering frameworks.
• Experience maintaining contract registers and managing contract lifecycles.
• Experience providing guidance to managers on procurement and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organisation’s contracts and procurement function.
• Report to the Director of Finance on procurement performance and governance.
• Oversee planning, tendering, supplier relationships and contract performance.
• Support audits, governance reviews and organisational reporting.
