Job summary

Philip Lee is seeking an ambitious litigation lawyer to join its Litigation team in Dublin, focusing on planning, environmental, regulatory and public law disputes, advising on complex matters including judicial reviews and statutory challenges.

The successful candidate will work with a diverse client base, appear before courts and regulatory bodies, draft opinions and pleadings, and contribute to business development while mentoring junior lawyers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' PQE in Ireland.
• Experience in judicial review, regulatory, public law or commercial litigation.
• Strong drafting, analytical and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through to hearing and appeal where required.
• Advise clients on judicial reviews, regulatory disputes and public law proceedings.
• Draft opinions, pleadings and written submissions; liaise with clients, counsel and experts.
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development.
