Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a wide range of employment law and HR-related matters.
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies, handbooks and workplace procedures.
• Support clients in disciplinary, grievance, performance management and dismissal processes.
• Advise on redundancy, restructuring and organisational change projects.
• Assist with employment aspects of corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
• Represent clients in employment-related disputes and litigation.
• Conduct legal research and stay up to date on legislative developments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and client training programmes.
