Achuman Capital in Dublin is assisting a leading law firm seeking an Associate to join their Planning Litigation teams. The successful candidate will work on complex disputes for public bodies, developers, infrastructure providers, utilities and corporate clients, with exposure to judicial reviews and regulatory challenges.

The role covers managing litigation from instruction to hearing and appeal, advising on judicial review and public law matters, and drafting opinions, pleadings, affidavits

Qualifications

• 1+ years of PQE in litigation.
• Background in regulatory or commercial litigation.
• Ability to work in a busy environment.
• Team player.
• Technically excellent.

Responsibilities

We are working with a leading law firm based in Dublin who are looking for an Associate to join their Planning Litigation teams.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded specialist Litigation team, advising public bodies, developers, infrastructure providers, utilities and corporate clients on complex and high-profile disputes. The practice has particular expertise across planning, environmental, regulatory and public law litigation, providing exposure to significant judicial reviews, statutory challenges, regulatory investigations and related proceedings.

The role will involve managing litigation from initial instruction through to hearing, resolution and appeal, advising on judicial review, regulatory disputes and public law proceedings, and drafting legal opinions, pleadings, affidavits and written submissions.
