Job summary

Royal London Ireland is seeking an Existing Business – Customer Support professional on a fixed-term 12 month contract based in Dublin with hybrid working (50% home/office). The role focuses on developing relationships with customers and brokers and delivering excellent service in the Protection market, reporting to the Existing Business Team Leader.

Ideal candidates will have APA or QFA qualification (or be committed to exams) and experience handling queries on Protection and Savings &

Qualifications

APA or QFA Qualified or committed to undertaking QFA exams. Educational support will be provided by Royal London.
Experience in processing and handling queries on Protection and Savings & Investment products preferable.
Previous experience in a Customer Service role.
Ability to meet deadlines/ SLAs and manage priorities.
Excellent communication and administration skills.
Demonstrate problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service when dealing with varied and complex enquiries on Protection policies from Brokers and policyholders.
Be able to plan and prioritise own workload to ensure deadlines are achieved.
Maintain and continuously improve the policies and procedures for the provision of service and administrations tasks.
Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with Treating Customers fairly principles and the Consumer Protection Code.
Maintain records in accordance with RL policies and procedures.
