We are seeking a Proposal Manager to join a prominent multinational services organisation in Dublin on a 6-month fixed term contract basis. This role is situated within the Commercial Excellence department and focuses on driving the success of high-value bids and RFPs through strategic coordination and high-calibre writing.

Role Overview

As a Proposal Manager, you will lead the development of bid strategies and manage the entire proposal lifecycle. You will act as a bridge between various internal departments, ensuring that all technical, financial, and commercial information is synthesised into a compelling narrative that meets client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for bid submissions.
• Develop comprehensive proposal plans, including timelines and resource management.
• Write and edit technical and commercial proposal content to ensure a consistent and professional tone.
• Maintain the organisation's RFP repository, ensuring all reference materials and templates are current.
• Identify and articulate value propositions that align with client needs.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales proposal or bid management.
• Strong background in business writing or professional editing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with RFPio or similar proposal management software is highly advantageous.
• Excellent relationship-building skills across all organisational levels.
