The role involves managing a portfolio, negotiating sales, delivering a high level of customer service, building relationships in the local market, and supporting the branch in achieving KPIs while complying with PSRA regulations.

Qualifications

• Currently hold/eligible for PSRA licence.
• Experience in residential property.
• Excellent knowledge of the residential property market.
• Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, customer service and organisational skills.
• Access to a car and a full clean driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted property advisor to clients on the property market.
• Manage a portfolio of properties with proactive, regular vendor communication.
• Negotiate sale of properties, manage vendor expectations and bidding.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to vendors and buyers.
• Contribute to branch business plan and KPI achievement.
• Qualify buyers, maintain regular contact, and re-qualify as needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing on brochures, floor plans, ads and boards.
• Ensure compliance with PSR Act, AML, BER and Data Protection laws.
