Job summary

Sherry FitzGerald is seeking a Junior Negotiator to join our Ballsbridge team. The successful candidate will advise clients on the property market, manage a portfolio of listings, and coordinate viewings, offers and buyer feedback to drive transactions.

You will negotiate sales, support vendors and buyers, stay proactive on progress, and collaborate with the branch to achieve KPIs. A PSRA licence (or eligibility) and strong communication, organisation, and drive are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Currently hold/eligible for a PSRA licence.
• Experience in residential property.
• Excellent knowledge of the residential property market.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong communication, customer service and organisational skills.
• Own car with full clean driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted property advisor and guide clients on the property market.
• Manage a portfolio of properties with proactive vendor communication.
• Negotiate sales and manage bids from buyers while delivering excellent service.
• Provide a positive customer experience for vendors and buyers from calls to viewings.
• Contribute to branch business plan and KPIs as a team member.
• Qualify buyers at viewings and match them to suitable properties.
• Maintain up-to-date records and use RPS and other systems.
• Develop new business opportunities with the branch manager.
