Sherry FitzGerald Limited in Malahide is seeking a Junior Negotiator to join our local team. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, driven candidate aiming to advance a career in property, with a focus on residential sales and client advisory.

You will manage a portfolio of properties, negotiate sales, keep vendors updated through the process, and deliver excellent service to vendors and buyers while supporting the branch in achieving KPIs.

Qualifications

• PSRA licence required or eligible.
• Experience in residential property.
• Excellent knowledge of the residential property market.
• Self-motivated in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, customer service and organisational skills.
• Access to a car and a full clean driver’s licence.

Responsabilités

• Act as a trusted property advisor, providing valuable advice to clients on the property market.
• Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring proactive communication with vendors through to completion.
• Negotiate the sale of properties, managing vendor expectations and multiple buyers.
• Deliver a positive customer service experience for all vendors and buyers, from viewings to progress updates.
• Be an effective team member contributing to the branch business plan and KPIs.
• Engage with buyers from viewings to qualification on RPS and match to suitable properties.
• Identify cross-referrals across Group (Financial Services, Lettings, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records and comply with relevant legislation (PSR, AML, BER, DP).
